I offer mental health support for struggling teenagers. If you are worried about your teenager, I can offer an initial mental health consultation, to assess for signs of anxiety, low mood, risk and self-harm. I can then offer a variety of evidence-based strategies to support your teenager to identify and recognise their strengths, build resilience, and utilise psychological strategies to overcome difficulties.
